Basically the first 5 digits are together called MSC codes. The site keeps updating itself with the latest MSC codes in a database and provides search facility.

I had an interesting chat with two bots which are different versions of ALICE. One of them is programmed to think its GOD. Its very interesting to experiment with the ways they are programmed to deal with situation. For example when I asked "What is your time zone ?" It replied me saying "Are you asking about my time zone?" Then when I replied "Yes" It said "I don't want to talk about that now"
